At ToolHut, we’re committed to getting your tools delivered quickly, safely, and affordably anywhere in South Africa.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across South Africa to homes, businesses, and collection points. Remote or outlying areas may require additional delivery time.

2. Delivery Times

  • Main Centres: 2–3 working days
  • Regional Areas: 3–5 working days
  • Outlying Areas: 5–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to stock availability, courier delays, or public holidays.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Flat-rate delivery fee: R100
  • Free delivery for orders above R1500
  • Alternatively, you may select Collection at ToolHut during checkout:

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email followed by a tracking number once dispatched.

5. Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with reliable courier partners. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

6. Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made during business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm), Monday to Friday.
  • Someone must be available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address.
  • If no one is available, the courier may reschedule or redirect the delivery, which could add extra time.

7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt at admin@toolhut.co.za or 010 123 4567.
  • If items are missing from your order, contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve it quickly.

8. International Shipping

Currently, ToolHut only delivers within South Africa. For bulk export orders, please contact us directly.
