    1. Where do you deliver?

    We deliver nationwide across South Africa, straight to your door. Delivery times depend on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–5 working days.

    2. Can I track my order?

    Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

    3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

    Absolutely. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a return or exchange. See our Returns Policy for more details.

    4. Can I collect my order instead of delivery?

    Yes, you’re welcome to collect directly from our location at:
    44 Pilkingtons Industrial Park, Morris Street, Meyerton.
    Just select collection at checkout.
